These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Octagon mobile application (the "App" or "Service") operated by Bremer Development ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which is accessible within the App and explains how we collect and process your personal data.
The Service
Octagon provides information about mixed martial arts (MMA) events, fight cards, fighters, and rankings, and allows you to follow fighters and events, receive notifications, and make predictions. The information presented in the App is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. Event dates, fight cards, results, and rankings are subject to change and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or otherwise officially connected to any MMA promotion, organization, or athlete.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Accounts and Authentication
Certain features of the App may require you to sign in using a third-party authentication provider such as Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Octagon Pro Subscriptions
The App offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Octagon Pro") that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to the terms of the relevant store. The applicable price, billing period, and features are displayed at the point of purchase.
Except where required by applicable law or the policies of the relevant app store, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies.
Notifications
The App can send push notifications, for example to remind you about upcoming events or fights you follow. You may enable or disable notifications at any time through your device settings. We do not guarantee the timing, delivery, or accuracy of any notification.

Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bremer Development and its licensors. Trademarks, fighter names, event names, and related marks referenced in the App are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.
Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services, including but not limited to Apple, Google, Firebase, Expo, and RevenueCat. Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any information provided through the App is accurate or reliable.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Bremer Development be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date below. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are effective as of 2026-06-02.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
